Confirmation Class of 2008 Schedule

Confirmation Class
Grade 9

Confirmation Class meets every Sunday in the Upper Room from 9:30 -10:30am. This class prepares our youth for membership at Fairmount Church, which is part of the larger faith community called the Presbyterian Church (USA). During the year confirmands learn more about the Bible, church history and about other faith traditions. Confirmation classes involve participation in the worship services, mission project and weekend retreats with CHEER (the senior high youth group). Each confirmand is guided along the way by a mentor who is an active member of Fairmount Church. In May, all confirmands are invited to profess their faith and join the Fairmount Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Church (USA).
