A blanket permission form to cover all activities for the next year for members of N*R*G. (Use permission form link to "CHEER Summer Information" and indicate it is for N*R*G) In order to go on either or both of these outings, this form will need to be completed. Even if you are unable to go on these two trips, please fill out the form and return in to the youth office so that you will be all signed up to participate in next year’s N*R*G activities.
